Just Chillin

Walking through the snow all day can be exhausting, even for the tall and strong moose. After a long day caring for her two young calves the family takes a rest in the snow in Jasper.

It’s rare to see moose sitting still, and to get the opportunity to capture her was amazing. With her sitting still, it gave me an opportunity to photographer her has a hand held panorama, capturing an amazing amount of detail.
