Into The Wild

In the early days of settlement in the Rockies, life would have been quite rugged and remote. Trappers and settlers would live near rivers and trapping routes. There are some remnants of early settlement throughout the Rockies.

A beautiful setting at sunrise, this early settler cabin sits within the mountains, trees and rivers. I took a panoramic image to capture the grandeur of the scene.
