Island In The Snow

During Autumn and early winter, when the snow falls, it can be quite heavy and sticks well to the branches of trees. This early, wet snow, creates some magical scenes. The water in the lakes hasn’t frozen, and the reflections can be magical.

The island with the snow covered trees were really standing out. I searched the shores of the lake for a way to frame the island, finding these two small pine trees, creating the perfect “V” to frame the reflection.
